Rates do not include tax, or applicable fees. A $5.00 mandatory energy service charge. Prices subject to change based on availability. Military and seniors (over 62 years old) receive a 10% discount off the standard room rate based on availability. Proper I.D. is required to qualify for this discount. Certain restrictions apply during holidays, weekends or special events. Group rates are available by request and determined at the manager's discretion.
Smoking room availability is limited, and must be requested but will not be guaranteed. Guests must use the designated outdoor public spaces to smoke if they are occupying a non-smoking room. There is a $500 fee that will be assessed if a guest is caught smoking in a non-smoking room.
The total amount for all room nights will be authorized on a major credit card used at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of arrival.
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, you must do it 48 hours prior to noon of your arrival date, otherwise your credit card will be charged the rate for one (1) night's room and tax.
Park and Fly Parking Rates:
Parking charge is $7/night for guests flying out or going on a cruise.
* Room rates are based on one to two people per room. Any additional person will incur an extra charge of $15.00 per person and rollaway per day.
* Private guest information will not be sold or traded to a third party.
* Reservations made directly through our website will qualify guests needing transportation to the hotel from the airport, to receive a reimbursement up to a USD $ 8.00 maximum. A valid taxi or shuttle receipt and current airline ticket/receipt must be presented at the time of check-in to redeem this offer.
* For persons with disabilities staying with us, please call the management directly at the hotel for assistance in making your travel arrangements.
* Extended stay rates available. Please contact the hotel manager for details, rates and availability. Extended stay option is based on manager's descretion.
* Credit cards accepted are American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Diner's Club, and Discover. Payments for room, tax and other fees or services can be made by cash, credit cards, or travelers checks. No personal or business checks will be accepted as a form of payment.
* All refunds are discrepancy of the management
* All reservations made through an external website or host, you yourself will need to contact them for any disputes or refunds against Cabrillo Inn and Suites you may have.
* We do not accept pets (...disability contact magmnt..etc.)
* We do not provide breakfast
* We do not have a pool/spa facility
* Our rooms are not identical, some rooms have portable air conditioners and ceiling fans and some rooms have views. You may experience some noise smell as we are undergoing remodeling.
